Miscellaneous problems:

Significant movement of concrete block walls.

Rising damp from slab due to lack of plastic membrane below it.

Poorly laid slab that has moved significantly.

Poorly laid slab that has moved significantly.

Seepage through slab causing rusting to reinforcing and deterioration to concrete (spalling or concrete cancer).

Rising damp from lack of dampcourse causing deterioration to bricks also rusting of door frame.

Rotting timber stump.

Fire damage to roof and walls. Not obvious from inside the house and sub-floor areas due to sheeting cover. Would not be found if your inspector does not get in the roof past the access hole.

Rising damp to slab of a new house, may cause deterioration over the long term.
